StreetRace
Six races every two hours, on the even hour. Enter a car, and the car does the rest.
Getting in
You need one of the collector cars, and they turn up in the Private Collection. Enter any time before the start. One car a race, and a car can only be in one race at a time. As many people can enter as want to, and one is enough. If you are on your own, house cars fill the field. They race like anyone else and some of them are quick, but they win nothing, so a place they take pays nobody.
The six races
Race 1 is the easiest and race 6 the hardest. The harder the race, the bigger the entry, the bigger the prize, and the more that can go wrong. Every race is a road in one of the cities, and the cities come round in turn. Each road wants something different from a car, and the card says what.
What wins
Your car. Its Top Speed, Handling, Acceleration and Durability on that road decide the order. Upgrade the car and it races with the upgrade, even one fitted after you entered.
When it goes wrong
Sometimes it does. You might lose a few places, or not finish at all. The worst is a crash the police find - you go to the cells and the car is impounded for 2 hours. Harder races and bad weather make it more likely. A car that handles and holds together makes it less likely.
Every race has weather, and the card says which tyres it wants. The right set makes trouble less likely, the wrong set makes it more likely.
The parts on the car count too. Some make it quicker on the right road, some keep it out of trouble, and the boot pays more on the podium if the police do not look in it first.
What it pays
The game puts up a prize and every entry fee goes in the pot on top. First, second and third share it. Every car that finishes earns an upgrade point, second earns two and a win earns three.
